WHY WE "GET OLD" AND DIE

Ok… *deep breath*
this is a deep subject and it’s complex… but I’m going to make it simple for you to understand.
It’s the same science that explains why you die and why one man is actually on record as living until he was a 256 years old.
True story. (Times even did an obituary on him in 1933).
But first, let’s understand how we die.
“You”… do not exist.
“You” are not even real.
All you are is consciousness.
Your physical host is made up of 50 trillion cells.
These cells are little power plants. They have a positive and negative charge and 1.4v of electricity each.
Meaning that you are 70,000,000,000,000v of electricity right now as you read this.
Now… the cells that make up our body is essentially just memory.
As a matter of fact, the brain only holds about 5% of human memory. The other 95% is stored emotion in the body.
That’s why disease actually starts as dis-ease energetically and then manifests as disease physically in the body.
The memory that’s inside of each of these cells is actually stored in 1 of 46 chromosomes in the body.
Ok… still with me?
these 46 chromosomes are made up of our snippets of code called genes.
Those genes are made up of little nucleotides that contain phosphate, sugar, and nitrogen and make up a little something called DNA.
With me so far?
Inside the DNA is where memory stored.
The body’s main function is to build proteins so the body can continue to heal and rejuvenate itself.
So the body sends a chemical signal from the brain to the cells in the corresponding body part, that have the stored memory…
And when the information get to the proper cell… it reads the DNA like a template. A template on how build protein to stay alive.
Ok… perfect.
Now…
Our cells can only live so long — it’s cellular aging and there’s actually a name for it — The Hayflick Limit.
It’s a study proven by a scientist named Leonard Hayflick.
What he shows is that most cells can only recreate itself about 40–60 times. Which is about 100–120 years.
Why is that though?
Well remember our friends the chromosomes? They have little arms and legs (basically)… making them looking kind of like the letter H.
At each end of the four points of a chromosome is a protective sheath.
Think of the sheath as the plastic part at the end of your shoe lace. This sheath is actually called a Telomere.
These telomeres, it turns out, are INCREDIBLY important. As long as the telomeres stay strong… they protect the information stored inside the DNA, makes up the genes, which makes up the chromosome, which makes up the cell, which makes up the body.
Every time your cell recreates… a little tiny bit of that telomeres breaks off. By the time the telomere leaves the chromosome exposed, you’ve gone through the 40–60 cycles, our 120 years.
Telomere shortening is WHY the body ages and then dies. Period.
However… in 2009, 3 scientists won a Nobel peace prize in medicine and philosophy when the discovered an enzyme called telomerase.
The sole function of telomerase is to repair telomeres.
God literally gave us the genetic make up to heal and repair our bodies.
So now you’re probably wondering… well how do I tap into that?
It’s simple but it’s not easy.
It’s something called heart mind coherence. It’s about getting your heart and mind connected on an electromagnetic level.
Studies show by doing this… you can actually strengthen and lengthen telomeres.
And as you just learned… telomere length is directly related to length of life.
